Is Maltodextrin allowed on the No Flour, No Sugar Diet? In the book, it is not listed as needing to be avoided. I searched online to find out what it is, and saw many websites referring to it as a sugar and claiming that it is to be avoided on this diet. Please clear it up for me? Thanks!
