Dear Dr. Gott,
I recently had a stool test done which came back saying I have Morganella Morganii. My doctor is looking into it more as well as coming up with how to treat it.
I was wondering if you could please explain what it is and common treatments for it. I have tried to look up information on it and cannot find much on it.
