Can ASA help with gall bladder pain.Or is there a natural medicine to use before you can have surgery.Thank You

Why don't Doctors tell people to take Fish Oil , to
disolve gall stones, and prevent them.. I am a Nurse and
had about 3 Gall bladder attacks, I took high does of
Fish oil for about 2 or 3 days. I acturally saw the stones
floating in the toilet. would is a lot cheaper than
surgery and less pain... I not take 2 fish oil capsules a
day.. Protects the heart and have not had a gall bladder
attack in about 3 years.
