I started the No Flour No Sugar diet on February 1, and now three weeks later I have only lost about 2 pounds. I'm a college student, and instead of eating pizza, hamburgers, and chocolate (my favorite), I have switched to eating veggies, grapefruits, hummus, etc. I have even start exercising and so I'm completely flabbergasted as to why this diet hasn't taken effect! Has anyone else had this issue? What am I doing wrong? Do I need to start counting calories or something? Thanks!

Try limiting salt. You may be retaining water.

If you haven't exercised in the past you may be building muscle which weighs more than fat. Try measuring your waist to see if you're losing inches. If you don't have much weight to lose the 2 pounds isn't that bad. The most healthy way to lose weight is only 1 or 2 pounds a week. Hang in there! Hope this helps.
