CAn you eat 98% fat free popcorn and FF Salad Dressing? I know the dressing has some sugar in them. Is it enough to throw you off? I have been on the diet for 6 weeks and have lost only 8 pounds and that was in the first two weeks. I am getting very frustrated and need help. This is a sample of my meals. Some mornings I have a scrambled egg in Parkay spray oleo, that says no calories, and i have half a cup of cottage cheese and I like Pace Picante sauce with it. Then if I get hungry before lunch at work I will eat some fruit. This is not too often. Then for lunch I have a salad with oil and vinegar dressing and some turkey. Then again for a snack I will eat fruit which is not too often before I leave work. I usually am too busy to think about food. Then for dinner I have grilled chix or turkey and some steamed cabbage and green beans or broccoli. Then I usually have a snack of fruit or two when I want some thing sweet. So tell me what is the problem. I keep looking at your book to decide what is going on and read of people who have lost 60-70 pounds. I have have also had no flour, bread or pasta or crackers.

If are REALLY eating like that you should be losing! If not... better throw in some exercise.
