Good morning..
I have started taking Centrum Silver. Just noticed that there is 200% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin D each pill. You have mentioned before that you can actually get too much of a vitamin build up in your system. My question is of course, why they would put 200% of it in the pill and is it not a good idea to keep taking the vitamins.
